Ag Loan Officer Requirements
Evidence of education and learning, Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in actual commercial and farm lending, agricultural and commercial, C & I lending preferred
Other progressive advancements in banking career evidence helpful
Business development activity
Desire to commit to the community helpful
Evidence of agricultural knowledge desired
