Position Overview

ATLAS SP is seeking a

Vice President - Transformation Leader

to join the team.

Primary ResponsibilitiesDrive transformational change by identifying and implementing innovative strategies that align with organizational goals and market trendsLead cross functional initiatives via the deployment of strong project management, communication and change management skillsIdentify process opportunities utilizing Six Sigma methodologies (or similar) to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve quality and efficienciesPartner with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and vendors to design and enhance systems and processes across financial services ecosystem (Cash management, booking, invoicing, collateral management, collections, etc.)Support development, design and deployment of new processes and technology solutions (Workflow tools, Cash mgmt. solutions, etc.) via agile methodology with embedded control frameworkBuild trusted relationships that drives consensus and rapid decision makingEffectively communicate with sponsors and steering committees on findings, recommendations, risk mitigation strategies and financial impactsChampion a customer-first approach, ensuring that new solutions and processes deliver enhanced customer experiences and meet regulatory standardsFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across teams, ensuring talent development and succession planning at all levelsQualifications & Experience

10+ years of Business Execution, Quality/Six Sigma, Implementation, or Strategic Planning10+ years of experience in the financial services sector (e.g., banking, insurance, investments, financial consulting) including a financial system implementationTrusted partner who can design and execute plans to support cross functional initiativesStrong analytical skills, Proficient in process mapping, and problem-solving tools (Minitab, Microsoft Excel, etc.). Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExperience with Lean methodologies is a strong plus. Ability to integrate Lean principles with Six Sigma for comprehensive process improvementDemonstrated ability to lead organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvementExceptional verbal and written communication skills; Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Base Salary Range

$150,000 - $200,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
