Responsibilities:
Lead the catering for all cafes in order to deliver exceptional service and delicious food Develop and implement catering strategies to drive sales and exceed customer expectations Boost the Tropical Smoothie catering presence in the Treasure Valley Collaborate with the Cafe Managers to ensure Catering orders are properly staffed and supported with adequate product Ensure smooth execution of catering events from planning and preparation to delivery Requirements:
Proven experience in catering, customer service or hospitality management Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for delivering high-quality food and service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Benefits:
