CAP is seeking a Community Services Program Manager. The Community Services Program Manager oversees the effective implementation of CAP's Community, Housing and Employment Services programs ensuring that the organization meets the needs of low-income individuals, families, and people with disabilities in Cayuga and Seneca Counties. The Program Manager will directly supervise the Community Services Coordinator, and Employment Services Coordinator, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery. This position will also contribute to strategic planning and the development of new programs and services to meet emerging community needs
The Community Services Manager must meet the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, human services, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a community services, social work, or workforce development setting. Must have reliable transportation and a clean, valid NYS driver's license.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled 35 hrs/wk, with an hourly rate of $29.00 per hour.
