JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking a Sr. HR Manager to join our team onsite in Wendell, NC. The Sr. HR Manager, as the head of HR & Corp. Culture, performs not only professional and administrative work in coordinating, directing, and managing the Human Resources functions in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, compliance, workplace administration, but also creates a positive and engaging work environment that aligns with the company's values and mission, leading to increased employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention. The Sr. HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle HR & Corp. Culture support as well as executes our employee initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

Human Resources:Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of attracting, recruiting, retaining, developing top talent, and managing employee relations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations in close communication with the Executive team.Develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, manage the hiring process, and onboard new employees.Design performance management systems, conduct performance reviews, provide training and development opportunities, and manage employee relations.Develop and administer compensation packages, manage employee benefits, and comply with tax and labor laws, while analyzing compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal.Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and safety standards.Manage payroll, process employee paperwork, and maintain personnel records with relevant HR system development.Liaise with global HR team at Daedong Corporation HQ according to global governance policy of HR & Corp. Culture.Provides support and guidance to HR members, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with monitoring staffing levels, terminating employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.Advise supervisors and managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment and recommend needed changes.Establish and sustain relationships with employees at all levels.Develop and implement employee recognition programs.Directs administrative activities to ensure timely employee performance reviews.Responsible for HR & Corp. Culture team expense and budget tracking.Oversees Human Resources risk management.Responsible for global talent pool management.Assist with the planning and coordination of company events.Execution of miscellaneous special projects and reports as assigned.Corporate Culture:

Define the company's values, mission, and desired culture, and develop strategies to bring them to life.Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, such as internal communications, recognition programs, team-building activities, etc.Foster a diverse and inclusive workforce where everyone feels valued and respected.Ensure clear and transparent communication across all levels of the organization and gather employee feedback to inform organizational decisions.Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's culture and practice.EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources in a sales, marketing, manufacturing or distribution environment.SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR highly desired.Demonstrated ability in employee relations and advocacy, performance management, staffing selection and training required.Proven ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of an organization and to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources field.Experience with filing annual 5500s.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Demonstrated leadership, coaching and influence management skills strongly desired.Possess ability to see projects through conclusion and implementation.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HR systems (ADP experience a plus), among other applications.
