Cooper Auto Group is seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our corporate team in Edmond, OK. We are looking for a talented Human Resources Generalist to support our continuous effort to support a healthy, supportive environment for the growth and success of our employees. This role will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with State and Federal laws.Act as the corporate point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.Provide guidance on Company HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and staff.Conduct appropriate, thorough and prompt investigations into employee complaints.Assist in development and implementation of disciplinary and performance review processes.Assist in creating efficient onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies and internal procedures and regulations.Oversee employee benefits programs serving as a resource for employees regarding benefits issues.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or related role.Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and regulations.HR (PHR, SHRM) related certification(s) preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
