A family-owned and operated business is seeking an experienced Residential Senior Project Manager with expertise in customizable twin home building. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and minimizing change orders while maintaining high standards. Our client's company culture is rooted in collaboration, making it a great environment for driven professionals.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee construction projects, coordinating with Engineers and Architects.Manage project sizes between 18-80 units, specializing in mid-level finishes and customization options.Use Builder Trend software to manage project timelines and details.Ensure compliance with city codes and OSHA safety standards.Supervise, hire, and, if necessary, terminate employees to ensure project success.Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time or ahead of schedule.Qualifications:
8+ years of home building experience, with townhome construction experience.A degree in Construction Management is preferred.Proficiency in Builder Trend software.Strong knowledge of city codes and safety regulations.Excellent communication skills.A team-player mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces.Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $80k-$105kBonus StructureCompany Vehicle401k (after 1st year)PTO & Paid Holidays
