The campus recruiting responsibilities include the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting spanning from early identification of student talent for internships and associate hires for graduates and early career talent. Campus Recruiters are highly visible representatives of the firm that promotes the Forvis Mazars brand across campus communities in addition to nurturing and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates, faculty, career center staff, managing partners, along with other office personnel involved in the recruiting process. This role serves as the subject matter expert for recruiting interns, associates, and early career talent. You will serve as the primary point of contact to nurture relationships (candidates, educational institutions, Forvis Mazars, provide unmatched early career/campus candidate experience through operational excellence, and communication of our firm's culture, and achieve hiring expectations.
How you will contribute:
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all early-career hires engaging with students, faculty, and career center staff for intern and campus hiresExecuting an annual recruiting plan for target universitiesPlanning/coordinating and attending campus recruiting events such as career fairs (in-person, virtual), student organization meetings, campus interviews, networking events, mock interviews, resume review sessions, etc.Effectively sourcing candidates from targeted universities and personal interactions/connections through online sources (LinkedIn, Handshake, posting boards)Developing relationships with and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates through the full recruiting cycleCoordinating with offices to plan and execute our office interview process, participating in interview eventsManaging ATS; maintaining accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and candidate interactionsCoordinating internship programs and employee onboarding processes as neededParticipating in the development and execution of national recruiting activities as neededWe are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitudeA high degree of initiative; ability to think proactively and problem-solveExcellent project management, decision-making, writing, and oral communication skills; focus on operational excellenceAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive informationAbility to deliver presentations and speak in front of large groups confidently and comfortablySolid event planning, organizational, and facilitation abilitiesKnowledge of laws and practices applicable to recruiting and hiring or the ability to gain this knowledge quickly and efficientlyMinimum Qualifications:
2 or more years of campus or corporate recruiting is preferred with a strong emphasis on customer/relationship experience and event planning/executionCPA firm or other professional service firms (financial services, engineering, legal) recruiting experience preferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferredStrong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications, email, and texting with attention to detail
