Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Graphic Designer, you will support our marketing and product development teams by creating visually compelling designs and product images for packaging, advertising, social media, and other branding materials. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of design, and experience with product photography, ideally within the outdoor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and layout of marketing materials including brochures, packaging, product catalogs, web graphics, and advertisements.Create engaging product photography for use in marketing materials, websites, and social media.Edit and retouch images to ensure a consistent and high-quality presentation.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual assets for campaigns.Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and are optimized for both print and digital platforms.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and refine visual communication strategies.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in both graphic design and product photography.Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong knowledge of product photography and photo editing.Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout.Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.Passion for the outdoor industry (preferred).Bonus Qualifications:
Prior experience in product photography, especially in the outdoor, hunting, or fishing industry.Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).Knowledge of social media design trends and content creation for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
