(Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

73,000.00 - 117,300.00
What you will do
The DELIVER Analyst III, with minimal supervision, will partner with internal and customers and supply chain teams to drive optimization of the end to end supply chain ensuring On Time and In Full at delivery to customers. The DELIVER Analyst III will conduct detailed analyses on product flow and supply chain opportunities utilizing advanced systems and process excellence tools while implementing process improvements through cross-functional collaboration as well as partnering with customers to drive achievement of organizational OTIF-D metric and customer goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Focus on internal and external customer service and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive OTIF-D• Be the Subject Matter expert for franchises and provide exceptional franchise and customer support, through• allocation maintenance, cut research and order tracking
• Create and maintain franchise related documents for accuracy and relevance• Contribute to project sprints to root cause problems and improve processes• Provide franchise support and be the subject matter expertise in franchise processes and systems.• Focus areas include Order to Cash system capability, quality, and business processes, which entails• identifying/prioritizing systemic problems and improvement opportunities, providing business process knowledge to
• support new processes and designs and translating business requirements into system requirements
• Utilize project management and analytics skills to support Deliver and the Franchise Teams while driving executional• excellence
• Develop and leverage key business relationships to understand the customer expectations and internal• policies/capabilities to proactively manage the business to meet customer expectations.
• Participate in the design & implementation of customer specific joint business planning and theRetail Customer Logistics' Strategic tactics• Utilize Microsoft and other Analytics applications as well as business applications such as: SAP, BW, EDI andERP Systems• Provide franchise and customer support with little supervision• Deliver innovation to enable our business through the effective use of technology
What we are looking for
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4-6 years of related work experience
• Advanced proficiency, analyzing raw data using industry standard spreadsheet
• Strong analytical background with experience in data visualization tools
• Strong customer-centric mindset, with customer-facing working experience
• 6 months to 1 year Business applications experience, such as SAP, BW, EDI, or other ERP System
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills required with experience working on multi-functional teams
• Ability to be agile in complex, highly matrix, virtual, organization with rapidly changing to meet supply chain
Demands
• Proficiency in analytic platforms
• Exposure to process mapping techniques.
• Experience in Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation, Finance or Distribution
• Undergraduate degree in Supply chain or related field
• Ability to apply an Outside in Focus to situations.
• Displays an Owner's mindset

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000.00 to $117,300.00.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
