At Novarad, the Product Manager- VisAR sets product road maps, drives strategy, sets success metrics, manages product launches, gathers MVPs on new features, collaborates with Marketing and Business Development on GTM, and works with Product Owners/Development to ensure new features and customer requests are prioritized and delivered on time. They are a key component in the development and commercialization of our cutting-edge augmented reality (AR) surgical device.

Product Vision & Roadmap:
Work with stakeholders and customers to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Customer Feedback Integration:
Regularly gather customer feedback and insights to inform future product decisions, incorporating this input into the product backlog and iteration cycles.Sprint Review & Retrospectives:
Attend sprint reviews and retrospectives, providing feedback and clarifications, and ensuring that the delivered product meets the agreed-upon acceptance criteria.Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about trends, ensuring that the product remains relevant and competitive.Regulatory Collaboration:
Work closely with regulatory teams to ensure all product documentation meets FDA requirements, assisting in the preparation, submission, and maintenance of necessary approvals and compliance documentation for medical devices.Product Requirement Documentation:
Produce and review product requirement documents (PRDs) to ensure accurate and actionable features.Timely Product Launches:
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.Requirements
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from market research to product launch.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device compliance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketingRequired Education and Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field.Experience:
3+ years of experience in a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical device environment.Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience with surgical technologies, augmented reality, or related fields is a strong advantage.Experience working with products that require FDA approval or knowledge of medical device regulatory processesWorking Conditions:
Standard shared office environment, with occasional extended hours.Fast-paced environment where collaboration and iteration are key to delivering valuable products.
