Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and communicate supplier requirements, operating controls and procedures with the intent to manage and reduce risk.Create, drive, standardize, and implement best practices through continuous improvement.Implement, lead, and influence change initiatives by developing appropriate action plans.Monitor demand and supply metrics regularly.Implement forecasts and submission of demand plans on a regular basis.Perform monthly to quarterly review of inventory and make recommendations and adjustments to leadership.Analyze information in order to provide meaningful insight and input to negotiations and deals.Think creatively and contribute to developing strategies and structuring of business.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or equivalent experience3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management in high technology or equivalent companiesAbility to design and deliver supplier performance management, corrective action and capability building programs, and manage third party servicesCommitted to delivering high quality results, overcoming challenges, focusing on what matters, execution.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail oriented, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Be able to analyze data and use customized software quickly and accurately.Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage concurrent projects and timelines.
