Who You Are:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketer to join our North America Email Marketing Team. The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day aspects of the email marketing program. This role will focus on creating, optimizing, and executing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, create revenue driving email campaigns, and promotions.
You will be directly supporting email marketing activities in North America as well as collaborating with our regional partners in Asia & Europe. You will have the opportunities to work cross-functionally with exposure across retail & digital space. Business partners include but are not limited to the Creative Services, Legal, Ecommerce, CRM, Analytics, Merchandising, Digital Marketing and Retail Marketing.
What You'll Do:
Email Campaign ExecutionPlan, create, and deliver email marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies.Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop engaging and on-brand messaging.Ensure all emails are reviewed for accuracy and brand consistency before deployment.Campaign Calendar Management
Maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are scheduled and executed on time.Help plan campaign timelines, working closely with internal teams to meet deadlines for email production.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization.Provide regular reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, sales impact and email productivity.Suggest and implement A/B testing on email elements (subject lines, design, content).Compliance & Best Practices
Stay informed about emerging email marketing trends and technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.Ensure all emails comply with best practices for deliverability, accessibility, and legal requirementsYou'll Need to Have:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required1-2+ years of experience preferred in email/digital marketing or ecommerceStrong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and complianceEffective organizational, time-management and project management skills; create and maintain timelines; work and execute within deadlinesAbility to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectivesOutstanding communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to distill complex informationExcellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilitiesWorking knowledge of web analytics platforms (Omniture, Google Analytics)ESP exposure preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cheetah Digital and/or Oracle ResponsysWe'd Love to See:
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of HTML a plusUnderstanding of customer lifecycle marketing and loyalty programsAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Compensation Range:$53,000.00-$88,000.00
