Job DescriptionWe are a rapidly growing emergency and specialty referral practice that is looking for an enthusiastic emergency associate who enjoys the atmosphere of a busy ER and thrives on high quality medicine to join our current team of specialists and associates. You will work with a skillful and proficient nursing staff, in conjunction with talented clinicians, to practice exemplary medicine in a lively and bustling environment. Our immediate focus is on our patients, clients, and referral community, and you will be fundamental in delivering top-notch care.
A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are needed for this role. Additionally, you must have a passion for exceptional medicine and exhibit compassion for patients and clients.
Education is a cornerstone here. You will work alongside and learn from multiple specialists and ECC doctors. We offer SA rotating internships, emergency and critical care internships, and an established ECC residency program. As well, we take pride in our well-organized substantial in-house technician training and various CE programs.

As the only emergency and specialty referral hospital serving Cape Cod and the Islands, shifts are available in either our Dennis or Buzzards Bay location to serve the community's needs.
