Human Resources Manager,
Bilingual
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a strong background in plant floor human resources management. The HR Manager, Bilingual will be as comfortable with 'rolling up their sleeves' and working alongside employees on the production floor as they are behind a computer. The perfect candidate will channel their passion for people and bias for action to lead the plant HR team through HR programs and activities that drive growth and enhance service delivery to our plant operations teams in the New Jersey locations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Anticipate staffing requirements and implement proactive talent acquisition initiatives. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction.Foster a culture of continuous learning to enhance employee skills and promote career development.Establish and maintain employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding contributions. Celebrate achievements and milestones within the plant.Develop and track key metrics related to employee satisfaction, retention, and overall productivity.Utilize HR analytics to measure the impact of HR initiatives on plant performance. Harness technology to streamline HR processes, from recruitment automation to employee engagement platforms.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.Collaborate with safety officers to implement and monitor workplace safety programs.Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics.Manage new HR-related projects, programs and initiatives.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of proven experience in HR management, in a manufacturing or plant operations environmentMUST
be Fluent in both
