Position Overview:As the Administrative Assistant to the CFO, you will play a crucial role in managing daily administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the CFO's schedule runs efficiently. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:Manage the CFO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and organize financial reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Coordinate communication between the CFO and various departments, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking and financial documentation.Conduct research and compile data to support financial analysis and reporting.Support special projects as assigned by the CFO, including data gathering and report preparation.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions.Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a finance or corporate environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.Familiarity with financial terminology and concepts is a plus.What We Offer:
