Manages daily staffing for assigned clinic operations.Ensures nursing practice reflects established standards of care and practice and a culture that promotes patient safety.Under the general direction of the Manager/Director, shares leadership responsibilities for the nursing staff, including managing daily staffing plans.Responsible for managing and maintaining schedules for optimal efficiency.Works in partnership with Management and Physicians to ensure quality and efficiency in the management of patient care.Management and development of clinical staff.Contributes to operations management of assigned business unit(s).Participates in budget planning and management.Takes proactive initiative in quality management.#LI-EE1
QualificationsRequired Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
Associates degree plus two years applicable clinical experience.Requires excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, team development, planning and follow-through.Ability to exercise the authority and responsibility for assigned services based on the scope of the organization and complexity of patient care.Graduate of an accredited program.Required Certification/Registration:
Maintains current California RN license.Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required in clinical setting.Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
Leadership experience.Pediatrics experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
