Job Description SummaryThe Business Process Analyst will help support The Engineering Development Center business processes and systems. The Business Process Analyst (BPA) will document current processes and suggest improvements to the business. The BPA will create automated reporting using Power BI Dashboards to assist EDC Operations with KPI management. The individual will support daily activities by troubleshooting issues related to various Oracle modules. The BPA will seek process efficiencies within the ERP system and collaborate with the BPA group to implement enhancements and act as a liaison between the business and IT. The BPA will work with different business partners on new projects and existing processes. The BPA will provide solutions and training to help users with their daily tasks.
