Overview
The
Crocs
team is seeking a highly organized and diligent
Associate Merchant
for our Digital Marketplace team. This person will be responsible for handling our seasonal product line lists, and support in season Marketplace needs for the channel. You will work cross-functionally with internal partners to streamline and implement operational needs and work closely with the Merchandising team to support US and Canada Digital Marketplace accounts. This individual will also assist in Ad Hoc reporting as needed which is key to delivering data-driven decisions for the channel. The ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment and meticulous on key processes are a critical part to this role.

What You'll Do
Support the daily operations within the Marketplace team and partner with Merchandising Manager on all necessary tasksHelp build and maintain product line lists to accurately reflect merchandising assortment plansBuild visual line presentations for internal and external useOrganize seasonal templates for Licensing needsPartner with Marketing to build GTM plans each seasonConduct regular site audits of Marketplace accountsAssist Digital Merchandising team with product sample managementHelp pull sales reports and compile ad hoc Marketplace data needsWhat You'll Bring to the Table
Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.1-2+ years of Buying and Merchandising experience1-2+ years of Digital experiencePrior experience in Retail and/or Merchandising industryAbility to prioritize, manage and meet timelines while staying organizedIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Powerpoint skills (building presentations)Success in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentYou're a supportive teammate who can style-flex to different personalitiesPassion for trends and fashionWillingness to learn, and eager to grow Merchandising industry knowledgeExperience working in Digital Marketplaces a plus (Amazon, Ebay, etc)

Salary or Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
