The Graphic Designer will create designs, concepts, and layouts to support the marketing campaigns for various business divisions. This position requires strong organizational skills, web expertise, intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, and an acute attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key business leaders is essential. The ideal candidate is a fresh creative thinker able to translate and extend concepts into effective marketing assets, with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage strategic marketing initiatives and plans, including the design and production of marketing collateral, print and digital advertising, newsletters, etc.Collaborate & execute all phases of design from concept to distribution, including layout, formatting, production, and publishingSupport the development of presentation materials as well as present marketing campaigns to gain alignment from executive leadership teamGenerate creative solutions for campaign/event design, flyers, brochures, landing pages, paid digital, social, email.Ability to show a keen understanding of layout, visual hierarchy of information, and design senseDemonstrated expertise in brand guidelines, brand identity, design thinking, process, and solutionsMaintaining and building an asset library of graphics, imagery, and infographic elements for marketing needs by taking photos on-site and events as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.Desired Qualifications
3+ years of graphic design experience required.3+ years of editing software experience (Adobe Creative Suite) required.Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred but not required.
