What We're Looking For

We are seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to run specific products within our Payments offering (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, etc.). This role will focus on building and managing traditional, fast, or emerging payment rails, designing the product strategy, overseeing the buildout of products and processes, defining the target audience, and crafting the go-to-market strategy.

The ideal candidate has successfully designed and executed product solutions in the Payments space, specifically b2b or b2b2c API payment platforms. This includes managing regulatory and network compliance, BSA/AML, risk, and operational challenges.

You will join an exciting Product team that deeply cares about growing with people who question assumptions, have strong judgement, execute fast, take ownership, act responsibly, help the team advance, and improve standards.

Responsibilities:Own the product development and commercialization of Cross River's Payments products.Own the P&L of at least one of Cross River's Payments products.Write requirements for Engineers and other stakeholders, run Engineering grooming sessions and standups, as well as coordinate complex execution plans.Conduct periodic product reviews with stakeholders, oversee regulatory compliance, and adhere to our operating model.Work cross-functionally to establish requirements and coordinate end-to-end execution.Champion a client-centric approach, ensuring all product development starts and ends with the client in mind.Ensure proper governance around initiatives and support audit activities.Execute go-live strategy with Design, Marketing, Sales, and relevant stakeholders.Foster a culture of continuous improvement with iteration, retrospectives, and direct communication.Partner with the Data team to develop and maintain tracking and reporting of KPIs.Qualifications:

Proven success building platforms to offer Payments networks (RTP, FedNow, ACH, FedWire, International Payments) to customers.Experience with industry standard formats (ISO20022, NACHA).Experience with business cases, pricing, and P&L management.Proven track record of technical product development, commercialization and launching new products.Understanding of APIs and microservices.3+ years of experience in Product Management.Understanding of financial services industry regulations and best practices .Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills .Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Bonus:

Successfully implemented Objectives and Key Results, pre and post launchSuccessfully supported Audit requests/activitiesKnowledge of Mastercard Send and Visa Direct.

Please note this role is expected to operate onsite at least 3 days a week out of our Fort Lee, NJ

headquarters.

Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00
