Job Description:12- and 24-hour shifts managing 8-10 patients per day shift and 20-30 patients per night shiftPerform procedures and attend high-risk deliveriesNight shift covers unit with support from 3-4 NNPs, resident, fellow, and neonatologist72 weekend hours required in a 6-week schedule, with Friday nights through 7:00 am Monday morning includedInpatient rounds as practice settingCoverage needed due to staffing shortageStart date as soon as credentialedAPRN with authorization to practice in Family, Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, Psychiatric Mental Health, or Women's Health requiredFacility designated as Trauma Level IEMR documentation system: EPICCandidates should reside within 1.5 hours of the facilityOpen to newly graduated NNP with 4 years' NICU experienceNot open to locums candidatesNot open to 1099 candidatesNot open to visa candidatesOpen to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described aboveNot open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them againClean malpractice and license are required.
