Now offering a $3,250 sign-on bonus ($1,625 upon hire and $1,625 after 6 months of employment) to hired Full Time candidates for all locations. Hourly rate is $23 -25 an hour. This position is eligible for overtime.

The NEEDS Center is a local non-profit organization and we are now hiring a Full Time Program Coordinator for our Marston Mills, MA residential home!

Hourly rate is $23 -25 an hour.Our mission is to provide education, training, and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to assist them to live as independently as possible. The Program Coordinator (PC)will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living.

Responsibilities include:

Serves as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice.Supervises Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff.Oversee the day-to-day operation of a residential program.Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts.Qualifications preferred:

Must have a bachelor's degreeAt least 2 years of experience working in residential environment.Good supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills.Qualifications required:

The NEEDS Center specializes in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There is a particular emphasis on providing services to individuals with interfering challenging behavior and/or dual diagnosis. The NEEDS Center's philosophy is rooted in the tenets of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Positive Behavior Support (PSB). The services and supports provided by the NEEDS Center draw on the best of both disciplines in order to assist individuals to become as independent as they can be.
