The Program Manager will manage Operations and Maintenance (O&M), repair, minor construction and sustainment contract for Tier 3 Data Center program. Serve as interface between the customer and the company. Deliver exceptional site leadership, customer service, positive employee engagement, and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements, while meeting safety and quality performance requirements.
*** This position is contingent upon contract award. ***
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the satisfactory, timely, and professional completion of all work on thisShall be on-site full time during regular workingShall be available 24/7/365 to the USG either in person or by telephone.Shall be issued a government smartMinimum of five (5) years of experience in program management of similar size and scope.Minimum of five (5) years of experience must be on contracts in a secure government environment of similar size and scope that exceeds $5,000,000 annual contractPossess at least one of the following certificates: FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, CFMMeet with USG to take and clarify requirements of facilityTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-termMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financialDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with USG and ContractorCreate, update, and maintain sensitive and/or classified facility information, documents, and records that are located on the Top Secrete SCI network Facilities SharePoint, Secret Classified shared drive and ticket systems, and unclassifiedUse and continually develop leadershipShall have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills.Shall be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and MicrosoftQualifications
Current Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.Must be technically qualified in the field of Maintenance Management in a Tier 3 Data CenterMust have a minimum, five (5) years’ experience of a facility of similar scope and size .Minimum of five (5) years of experience must be on contracts in a secure government environment of similar size and scope that exceeds $5,000,000 annual contractPossess at least one of the following certificates: FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, CFMMust be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft ProjectMust have working experience with NFPA, EPA, OSHA codes and standardsExperience using CMMS is preferred.Strong oral and written communication skills required.Completion of OSHA 30 preferred.Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
