As a Worker's Compensation Specialist, you will grow and strengthen the worker's compensation programs bycollecting data for all specialty programs testing and assuring that policies regardingworker's compensation rounds are being followed. You will educate and mentorstaff clinicians on the management of worker's compensation patients, performpeer review for prospective specialist program clients, and maintain anddevelop relationships with worker's compensation referral sources.

What You'll Need:
• Minimum of an associate degree in Allied Health profession such as Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or Physical/Occupational Therapy
• 2+ years of experience in worker's compensation or industrial rehabilitation
• Certified in the performance of Functional Capacity Evaluations and Ergonomic Evaluations
• Previous experience in health care sector preferred
What You'll Do:
• Perform monthly/bimonthly worker's compensation active peer review
• Assist with the authorization and scheduling of FCEs, physical reconditioning and work conditioning
• Develop relationships with worker's compensation referral sources through face-to-face marketing events, telephone and written communication
• Train or assign training to clinical staff and PSCs on WC processes and procedures
• Travel as required
