Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.Create clear and visually appealing reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis.Develop and maintain documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results.Support data-driven decision-making processes by providing actionable recommendations based on analysis.Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continuously improve data analysis capabilities.Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create reports and dashboards.Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work with large datasets and identify discrepancies.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.Benefits
