Overview
The Digital Graphic Designer role supports various marketing and merchandising initiatives across digital, print, and web platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to develop visually compelling assets that align with strategic growth goals for our Product Categories and Exclusive Brands. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of design disciplines and contributes to the continued success of the Ferraro Foods brand family.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development:Create digital content, print materials, and brand stories to support product solutions that drive exclusive brand growth.Develop and produce impactful promotional assets, including Sell Sheets, Flyers, Digital Banners, Catalogs, Email Campaigns, Product Information Sheets, and other sales collateral.Brand & Digital Strategy Execution:
Collaborate with internal teams to design materials that align with the Ferraro brand strategy, ensuring consistency across channels.Utilize industry trends and macro food photography to develop high-quality visuals.Strategically tailored designs to engage target audiences and address business needs.Website & Digital Content Management:
Manage the design, development, and execution of an internal website to serve as a resource hub for the Ferraro brand, vendor community, and sales teams.Coordinate with developers (as needed) for web-related projects, including front-end and back-end integration.Maintain and update digital content to reflect new product launches, promotions, and ongoing initiatives.Customer-Focused Digital Initiatives:
Create personalized marketing materials using variable data (e.g., customized flyers and offers).Support internal promotions, loyalty programs, and contests in collaboration with the Analytics Lead.Develop digital marketing templates and style guides to ensure alignment with brand standards.Collaboration & Communication:
Work with internal teams, management, and vendors to bring creative concepts to life.Support the communication of Merchandising Team toolkits across email, web, mobile, social media, and print.Act as a brand ambassador for the Ferraro family of products in all design projects.Other duties as assigned by the manager.Qualifications
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with HTML5 is a plus.Familiarity with CMS platforms and SQL databases is preferred.Experience in the CPG, food, or foodservice industry is a bonus.3-5 years of professional experience in web and graphic design.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
