Assistant Principal for Lehigh Valley Academy Regional Charter School's High School Program

Lehigh Valley Academy Regional Charter School is seeking an Assistant Principal to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our high school program.

Position Overview:

As the Assistant Principal of our high school program, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Collaborating closely with the Principal, staff, and students, you will contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing student achievement, fostering a positive school culture, and promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:Provide instructional leadership and support to faculty members to ensure the delivery of high-quality instruction aligned with the school's mission and goals.Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment practices that meet the diverse needs of our student population.Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity, equity, and mutual respect among students, staff, and families.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven interventions to support student success.Oversee the implementation of disciplinary policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner, promoting positive behavior management strategies and restorative practices.Actively engage with students, families, and community partners to build strong relationships and support the holistic development of each student.Qualifications:

Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related fieldPA administrative certification.Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.Proven track record of improving student achievement and promoting a positive school culture.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
