AMDEX is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. The services performed under this contract will enable our customer to enhance procurement operations and expand capabilities to support mission needs, withacquisition management support,acquisition planning and strategy support,preparing cost estimates and price analysis,market research and surveys,preparation of technical documentation, anddata analytics and reporting.The Program Manager is responsible for all work provided to the Government under the contract terms and should have experience managing various types of projects for the Federal government. Primary functions include:
Managing clients:
Building a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectivesManaging day-to-day client interactionSetting and managing client expectationsCommunicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Achieving operational objectives and contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviewsImplementing productivity and quality standardsProviding technical direction and guidance to staff to ensure contract requirements and expectations are clear, success criteria are defined, progress toward results are monitored, and that all activities are performed in compliance with the terms of the contractIdentifying risks and appropriate mitigation strategiesMeeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actionsManaging a multi-tiered project and/or multiple projects simultaneouslyRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Education, Management Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources Development/ Management, or other related discipline or equivalent experience in a technical or business disciplineUS Citizenship is requiredDesired Certifications and Experience:
Project Management Professional (PMP)At least fifteen (15) years of relevant experienceThorough understanding of Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR)Understanding of Data Analytics and ReportingAMDEX Corporation offers a competitive salary package and attractive benefits package.
