The Vice President of Compliance Testing will lead GreenSky's compliance testing program, ensuring the company adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and execution of comprehensive compliance testing plans, as well as providing strategic leadership and guidance to the compliance team.

:Develop and oversee GreenSky's compliance testing program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies.Lead and manage the compliance testing team, providing mentorship, training, and professional development.Design and implement compliance testing strategies and methodologies to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.Develop and execute annual compliance testing plans, including selecting and prioritizing testing activities.Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with other departments, including Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit, to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compliance testing outcomes for executive leadership and regulatory bodies.Stay current with regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging compliance risks.Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across the organization.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years' experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit with the financial services industry.Proven track record of developing and managing compliance testing programs.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to the financial technology industry.Proficiency in compliance testing software and tools such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, SAP GRC or similar platforms.Excellent leadership and team management skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.Professional certifications such as CRCM, CCEP, or CAMS are highly desirable.
