We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Project Administrator II that will conduct Drug Screens & Fingerprinting. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting drug screening tests and collecting fingerprints in accordance with established protocols and industry standards. Your meticulous approach to handling sensitive information and maintaining accuracy will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our organization.
In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:• Perform drug screening tests on individuals using approved methodologies and equipment.• Collect, label, and document specimens accurately and in accordance with standard operating procedures.• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail during the collection and processing of samples.• Adhere to strict privacy and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information, including test results and personal data.• Operate and maintain drug screening and fingerprinting equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.• Interact with clients and individuals being tested in a courteous and professional manner, providing clear instructions and addressing any questions or concerns.• Accurately complete necessary documentation, including chain-of-custody forms, test requisitions, and other related paperwork.• Follow established protocols for sample transportation, storage, and disposal.• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations within the testing facility.• Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, industry trends, and best practices related to drug screening and fingerprinting procedures.
Quals--• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in relevant field is a plus.• Prior experience as a Drug Screen Tech, Fingerprint, Tech, or related role is preferred but not required.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse individuals• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of the job• Respect for confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information• Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and documentation• Ability to adapt to changing procedures, guidelines, and technologies within the field• If not currently certified to complete DOT drug screening willing to undergo the testing requirements to become certified once hired.
