About The Role & Team
As the Senior Director of Product Management for Growth, you will be the product leader for our growth team; and be the voice and thought leader for PLG across the entire product organization. You will own execution and analytics behind product-led Activation, Engagement, Monetization and retention growth levers driving continued momentum and success for our self-serve business. From understanding business problems to digging into user psychology and data to testing hypotheses - you will own an end-to-end growth process. But growth is not just about the business outcomes, so we rely on you to evangelize a growth mindset across the entire company and with customers!
This role reports to Amplitude's Chief Product Officer.
As a Head of Growth, you will:
You get to build experiences & products for people doing PLG!Define product roadmaps and spearhead product-led growth strategy while supporting marketing and sales-led motions.Lead and mentor a team of Growth product managers to drive excellence in embracing PLG methodologies and execution.Partner with your fellow product leaders to infuse PLG and growth mindsets across the product organization, and evangelize and drive a growth mindset across the company.Own growth levers across activation, engagement, self-serve monetization, and product-led sales outcomes.Become an active participant and leader in the broader community of PLG expertsMaintain and drive the experimentation development process.Identify, optimize, and discover new loops across acquisition and engagement.Own and evolve a self-serve monetization strategy.Collaborate closely with your Growth Marketing counterpart and represent the self-serve business in leadership settings and presentations.You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
