Job Description

I.

Responsibilities:

Prepares monthly financial statements by collecting data, analyzing, and investigating variancesAssist with consolidation and review of financial data for reporting to parent companySupports financial decision-making by timely and accurate financial feedback to business leadersComplies with local, federal, and international accounting standards by studying regulations and adhering to requirementsAdherence to corporate policies, procedures, and internal controlsAssembles data for quarterly and annual public filingsPrepares special reports by studying variances, preparing budgets, and developing forecastsSubject matter expert on financial reporting tools; such as BPC, PowerBI, etc.Other projects or duties as neededII.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

BS/BA in Accounting0-2 years of accounting and/or related financial experienceStrong analytical, strategic, and technical skillsIFRS knowledge a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent oral, written, and presentation skillsStrong knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, processes, and controlsEnergetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactiveProficient in ExcelExperience with financial reporting systems a plusStrong critical thinking skills with attention to detailA self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively to solve problemsExceptional organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks within established time constraintsIII. The Accountant, Financial Reporting will report to the Sr. Accountant, Financial Reporting
