All About You
As a
Contract Administrator , you will be responsible for reviewing, copying, distributing, monitoring, maintaining files and generating booking files on all customer contracts (includes correspondence, amendment/modification requests, submission of data items, etc.) and proposals.
Requirements
Interfacing with customers and government representatives for proposals, contracts and other issues related to customer/government requirements (property system, requests for information, audits, etc.).Reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions with prime contract customers autonomously.Reviewing, preparing, submitting and maintaining all confidentiality agreements for Saft America Inc. Review, submit and maintain all invention disclosures, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licenses.Responsibilities
BS in Business/Contract Administration or 5 years equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years' experience in Contract Administration or related similar experience.Communication, organization, motivation, interpersonal, initiative, independence, confidence, learning mindset.Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR & EAR.Candidates must be US citizens or hold a green card.

Salary Range
USD $75,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
