Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and negotiate contract awards, modifications and various agreements (NDA, TAs, Subcontracts, etc.) as required within the limits of authority delegated by the managementLead the review and analysis of RFP's, review cost volumes, and contract volumes for complianceResponsible for coordination of appropriate internal reviews, contract negotiation, contract/task order administration and executionAbility to work independently and autonomouslyREQUIREMENTS YOU BRING:
Must be able to pass a Public Trust security investigationBachelor's Degree (BA/BS) with at least 5 years of federal government procurement/acquisition experience (working on the government side)Knowledge of and experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)Knowledge of federal government acquisitions of commercial supplies and/or servicesExperience performing reviews/QA/QC of independent government estimates (IGE) prepared by General Engineers (IGEs support the award of task orders to Project Management Oversight Consultants - PMOC)Must have experience reviewing PMOC invoices and making recommendation to General Engineers for paymentExperience reviewing grantee sole source justifications and making recommendation to General Engineers for approvalExperience reviewing grantee procurement policies and advance payment requestsExperience reviewing change order review findings and making recommendations to General Engineers.Experience applying the allowable cost requirements in 2 C.F.R. 200Must have good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with minimal guidance and supervisionExperience purchasing within the transportation fieldExperience as an 1102 in the Federal GovernmentExperience with major contract writing systems is highly desirable
