Job Overview:We are looking for a visionary, data-driven, and self-motivated Creative Strategist to lead content initiatives and shape the future of the content strategy. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel content strategies spanning paid, organic, email, web, and SMS platforms. You will play a critical role in growing and engaging our audience through cutting-edge content that embodies our brand's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Vision: Develop and oversee a comprehensive content marketing strategy from ideation to deployment and evaluation, ensuring alignment with the brand and growth objectives.
Innovative Content Creation: Be a trendsetter-establish new content categories, think outside the box, and stay ahead of trends, industry best practices, and competitor efforts.
Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of creators, freelancers, and contributors, fostering collaboration between organic and growth teams to ensure cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
Video Production Mastery: Own the end-to-end process of video content creation, from storyboarding and scripting to shooting and post-production, with a focus on visual storytelling and engagement. Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Work with the product and brand teams to develop compelling content for product launches, messaging, and visuals to drive results. Diverse Content Management: Manage the creation of a range of content formats-from paid social, educational and entertaining to promotional-designed to captivate and engage our community.
Performance Optimization: Leverage marketing automation tools and analytics to drive content strategies that boost customer retention, acquisition, and overall performance.
Knowledge Sharing: Document strategies and outcomes to create playbooks that will guide future growth for the brand.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze content performance to inform creative decisions, understanding key drivers such as conversions, traffic, and engagement.
Paid Social Strategy: Paid Social Campaigns: Collaborate with the growth team to design and execute high-impact paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.
Ad Creative: Develop the plan for compelling and innovative ad creative that aligns with our brand's aesthetic while driving conversions, traffic, and engagement.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Lead the charge in testing creative variations and messaging to identify high-performing assets and continually optimize campaigns for better results. Seamless Integration: Ensure a cohesive narrative between paid and organic content, creating a unified brand presence that resonates across all platforms.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of paid social campaigns, using insights to improve future strategies and maximize ROI.
Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a content strategy and digital marketing role, ideally in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Proven expertise in managing multi-platform content strategies (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Email, and SMS) with a focus on video-first initiatives. Ability to create, feature in, and edit content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy. Exceptional copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills. Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies based on performance metrics. Ability to work autonomously with a self-starting attitude and demonstrate ownership Passionate about beauty, digital marketing, and staying ahead of trends in the space. Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability. Adaptable to rapid changes and capable of thriving in an environment with high context-switching.
