Assistant Property Manager opportunity for Co-Op housing in San Francisco, CA

This successful national multifamily investor, owner/operator, and developer manages over 15,000 units across 16 states in their portfolio. With over 20 years of industry experience, our client specializes primarily in workforce and affordable housing in underserved markets.
Your new role
As the Assistant Property Manager working with the team on a 300+ unit co-op property, you will be responsible for the following...
Responding to resident inquiries and providing quality service.Maintain organized and secured files for all residents.Collect posts, rent, security deposits, and other community income.Support property operations as directed by the Community Manager.I work with the compliance department on maintenance of compliance records.What you'll need to succeed
2+ Years as a Multifamily Assistant Property Manager.MUST have Co-op real estate experience.Experience with bookkeeping and rent collection.Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and homeowner/tenant law.Experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi.Comfortable to stay late 1 day out of the month for community meetings.What you'll get in return
$25hr - $30hr10% Annual Bonus401k and Medical BenefitsPTO and Holidays
