The

Product Coordinator

role with Spring Footwear provides direct support to the Director of Merchandising on all aspects of running the business to achieve planned company objectives. This includes, but is not limited to: factory sample order management, brand and product assortment building, product information and specification development, visual merchandising, and other projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in a related field; or comparable work experience in lieu of degreePrior Retail/Merchandising/Product experience in footwear or fashion preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated strong planning and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookStrong detail orientationAbility to multi taskAbility to prioritizeAbility to think analytically and be a problem solverAbility to gather and interpret relevant data and informationAbility to work well in a team environment with a diverse groupPhysical Activity & ADA Requirements:

Team Member will lift / carry (Maximum lbs)
