Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Technical Subject Matter Expert to support

and our government customer in Manhattan, KS.

This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

The Technical Subject Matter Expert shall have expertise in training, change management, process improvement, and quality management systems. Experience in laboratory environments and software configuration is desirable.

Some duties for this position may include:Interfacing with the stakeholdersDeveloping and proposing a strategic plan to improve the operating environmentRecommending technical solutions to stakeholder challengesEvaluating various laboratory systems and configurations for potential enhancementsProviding expertise in usage and integration of Power Apps and Power AutomationWork Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

5+ years of experience in a technical field or laboratory environmentExperience in configurating, setting up and executing Quality Management SystemsAble to comprehend new concepts, ask pertinent questions, and execute and document ideas and concepts with minimal day-to-day directionExperience in one or more of the following technologies: Cority, Laboratory Information Management Systems, Key Solutions Animal Management System, SciNote, Master Control QMS, Maximo Asset Management, Microsoft HoloLens, Power Apps, Power Automation, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps.Excellent time management skills, ensuring that schedules, milestones and appropriate deliverables are set and completed on timeProblem SolvingAble to mitigate and mediate complex business requirements and/or politically charged issues and able to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitationsLeadershipBe a self-starter & thought leader and able to drive personal and team accountabilityEducation and Experience Required:

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; Minimum 8 years of experienceThrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environmentAbility to prioritize duties based on shifting demandsInquisitive, adaptive, and agile learnerOrganized, detailed-oriented and focusedStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to obtain a Public Trust

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
