The
Quality Assurance Payroll Auditor
will continually work with the Quality Assurance Payroll Team to ensure that the payroll product that we provide to our clients is accurate and complete.
General duties include following procedures on routine reporting and billing audits. System level reporting tools and client dashboards will be effectively implemented into the QA process to assist with the monitoring of quality of updates and changes both with the organization and from the client level.What you'll do as a QA Payroll Auditor:Coordinate and conduct main payroll audits with QA payroll teamAudit payroll transactions to ensure accuracy of all wages/taxes, management of reports and general ledger interfaceBack up desk for interim and termination check review and auditProvide QA Payroll Manager feedback on common errors, training opportunities, and employee adoption and qualityEnsure that all billing is properly and appropriately generated and invoicedConstantly review work for accuracy and make recommendations for improvements to processes and work outputKeep backup documentation in a very organized fashion and paperlessComplete all duties timely and double check work product for accuracyAssist with garnishment projectsAssist with QA projects as identifiedOther duties as assignedWhat you'll bring as a QA Payroll Auditor:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook EmailObtain and maintain good knowledge of system for duties and tasks requiredEffectively communicate with internal team members and client liaisonEstablishing and Maintaining Interpersonal RelationshipsOrganizing, planning and prioritizing WorkCreative thinkingUpdating procedures as things change and continually look for better, more efficient ways to perform duties and improve
quality.Must be able to work within required time deadlines and deliver results on time.Must be a team player with great aptitude and attitudeAbility to adjust and adapt to changing priorities, projects, and needsAlways keep the focus on quality and deliver a flawless work productCommunicate as appropriate and escalate issues that require intervention for resolutionMust be able to multi-task and make good judgement calls on prioritiesMust be well organizedThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is
$26.00 to $28.50
per hour.
