Investor Relations Manager Location: Duluth, GA Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Investor Relations Manager to join our team in Duluth, GA. This crucial role involves maintaining and enhancing relationships with investors by communicating the company's financial strategy, operational performance, and growth prospects to shareholders and the broader financial community, ensuring transparency and fostering long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication:

Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy and framework that reflects the company's objectives and market dynamics. Financial Reporting:

Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of quarterly and annual financial results; organize conference calls, investor meetings, and roadshows. Market Analysis:

Monitor operational and financial performance as well as investor perceptions and financial market trends to advise senior management on potential impacts on the stock and investor relations. Investor Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the investment community. Maintain and develop relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and individual shareholders. Presentation and Materials Development:

Prepare presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to investor relations. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the senior management team and external IR consultants to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate strategies. Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably in a publicly traded company. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred. Financial Acumen:

Strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools. Knowledge of the industry's financial regulations and reporting requirements. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in an understandable way. Interpersonal Skills:
