Job Purpose: This role involves creating and managing social media content, executing campaigns, and engaging with followers to build a strong online presence. It requires skills in content creation, analytics, and trend research. The candidate must be creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
Duties:Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to our creators' brands and campaign goals.Assist in managing and scheduling posts across multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.Help plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and promotional events.Monitor social media channels for interactions, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build and maintain a strong online community.Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth, to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.Conduct research on current social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and support strategic planning.Work with creators and business expansion team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas and marketing strategies that align with the agency's objectives and client needs.Provide general administrative assistance related to social media activities, including organizing content calendars and preparing reports.Stay updated on emerging social media trends and tools, and suggest innovative approaches to enhance our creators' online presence.Gather and analyze feedback from social media audiences to identify opportunities for improving content and engagement strategies.Skills/Qualifications :
Deep knowledge of social media from a business and consumer perspective, including but not limited to advanced knowledge of X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and Facebook.Familiarty with social media monitoring metrics.Working knowledge of new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective.Superb teamwork and team management skills.Extreme discretion: ability to handle confidential information.High emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact positively with all types of people.A professional demeanor when talking to clients.Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Eagerness to be part of a fast-paced start up and help grow a next generation talent agency.Ability to anticipate problems and manage others' expectations.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.
