We are a prominent oil & gas service company based in Houston, currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industrial electrical and controls construction Project Management experience. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of industrial electrical and controls construction projects from inception to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and provide updates to senior management.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and other departments to ensure project alignment and success.Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial electrical and controls construction project management.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial construction projects.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.Proficient in project management software and tools.PMP certification is a plus.What We Offer:
