Midlevel General Liability Defense Attorney
to join their team
remotely . This is a unique opportunity for a talented attorney to advance their career while working from anywhere, in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:Independently manage a caseload of general liability defense matters, including areas such as premises liability, personal injury, auto/trucking accidents, habitability, and construction defect cases.Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, and participate in trials when necessary.Provide strategic legal counsel and advocacy on behalf of clients.Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy and planning.Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years
of general liability defense experience.Must be Bar licensed
in
California , in good standingAbility to work
remotely
with excellent self-management skills.Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a remote setting.Benefits:
