Norman, OK - Store Administrative Assistant*

Job FunctionBuilds customer relationships by greeting and assisting anyone who visits or calls the dealership. Performs a full range of administrative support duties, including; processing whole goods paperwork, preparing bank deposits, balancing cash receipts, and credit card receivables.

Essential Duties1. Receives and refers visitors and telephone callers, ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealership.2. Prepares daily balanced bank deposits and cash receipts.3. Scans and files whole goods paperwork to central office.4. Assists the central office staff by providing requested information in a timely manner.5. Maintains an organized timely filing system.6. Assists with maintaining Tax Exempt cards on customer accounts.7. Drafts and types standard letters and memoranda from specific instructions and prepares documents for distribution.8. Distributes mail and maintains dealership files.9. Maintains and scans accounts payable and receivable records to central office.10. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

High School degree or equivalent experience.General accounting knowledge.Ability to use standard computer software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and internet functions.Good human relations and effective oral and written communication skills.Good organizational skills.Solid clerical expertise.
