Summary
12 month temporary assignment with Reverse Logistics team onsite 5 days a week in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Responsibilities
DOCUMENTATION/ORGANIZATION - Documenting and organizing any important filesPROCESS - Analyzing end to end return processes for improvementDATA - Analyzing returns data (pending returns included), KPI's, and trendsORDER PROCESSING - Monitoring As-Is Sales & Shipment StatusAUDITING - Analyzing system transaction data for errors and anomaliesINVENTORY - Comparison with 3PL's data and reconciliationNON GOODSET - Inventory management (Grading Inventory, BOX damage, Scrap)NON GOODSET - Inventory reporting and coordination for depletion planPROJECTS - Working collaboratively with others to implement strategic and tactical solutionsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, engineering or related fieldMinimum 2 year s of experience in Reverse Logistics, Logistics, Warehouse Operations or Inventory ManagementStrong knowledge of Reverse Logistics and ReturnsBasic knowledge of LEAN or SIX SIGMA methodologySelf-Starter and Team-PlayerBasic knowledge of Reverse Logistics and ReturnsAbility to plan, organize , and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects and other activitiesHigh level of comfort working independently after given directionsIntermediate Proficiency in Excel (V-LookUp, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.)Intermediate Proficiency in Powerpoint (Create and build slide decks with proper formatting)Comfortable analyzing different data sets (customer survey data, return transaction data, etc.)Local Travel within the NJ area may be required (Does not occur often)
