As a Center Director Rosebrook Child Development Center, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the center and oversee program implementation. Must possess a passion for providing high-quality care and education.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation of the schoolEnsure the health & safety of all children and staffSupervise staff and ensure policy complianceDevelop and execute marketing plans in order to meet/maintain enrollment goalsPerform marketing tasks, including enrollment and toursManage financial tasks, including tuition collection, and center expenses within budgetInterview and onboard new staffMaintain and enforce state licensing regulations and policy complianceReport to the Center Owner/Executive DirectorQualifications

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related programExperience working in a licensed childcare facilityManagement ExperienceComplete required Director training(s)Must possess strong communication skillsThe ability to evaluate and resolve conflictOrganized and detail-orientedEnergetic and FlexibleShows initiative; strong work ethicStrong leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentCPR and First Aid Certified (preferred)Must pass a criminal background check

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
