Description
The CRM System Admin will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
Responsibilities:Knowledge of Federal and District of Columbia records management laws, regulations, rules, policies and procedures; the principles and concepts of information governance of various phases of records and information management; and the complete records process and content management framework that supports the entire life cycle of DOB records.Knowledge of record storage systems, including an understanding of record storage and retention procedures, and relevant rules and regulations established by District of Columbia and Department of Buildings.Skill in evaluating the day-to-day functioning of a program and initiating changes to make it more effective.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with local records officials, federal and state agents needing Agency records services, the public and peers, and management staff.Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in developing, applying, and interpreting policies and procedures.Skill in effective communication to organize ideas and present findings in a logical manner with supporting, as well as adverse, criteria for specific issues, and to prepare related materials.Ability to understand the Agency's Records Programs and their interaction with e-records systems.Organized and detail oriented. Self-starter with the ability to manage, prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong focus on customer service.Experience interpreting laws, regulations, procedures, or guidelines.Ability to administer and manage an automated fulfillment and registration system as well as Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
