About the opportunity:
Main Purpose of the Skills Trainer (Mental Health Technician) Role: Include building rapport with clients (children and adolescence) and providing daily support and structure. Providing skills training to clients in order to help them learn to manage their mental health symptoms. Model, coach and counsel clients regarding appropriate hygiene, social and interpersonal interactions.

Awake overnight shift (10pm-8am) **$1.00/hour differential applies to this shift in addition to base pay outlined below.Day Shift (7am-5pm) ** most positions offer 3 consecutive days off.Swing (1pm-11pm) **$1.00/hour differential applies to shift in addition to base pay outlined below.Varied; On-Call Hours/Shifts, Part-time, and Full-time - excellent opportunity for students looking to obtain experience in the mental health field working with children.Hours worked in a secure unit are eligible for $.50/hour differentialStarting rate of pay: $20.17/hour + unit/shift differential if applicable.
