Position Summary The Quality Assurance Coordinator is a vital role at MultiCare, providing internal quality assurance support and subject matter expertise. In this position you will assist with the development, maintenance, and improvement of the Research Institute's internal quality management system.
Responsibilities You will plan and conduct audits of clinical studies for protocol compliance, eligibility criteria, adverse events, source completion, regulatory documentation, and other critical study elements in accordance with MultiCare Institute for Research & Innovation (MIRI) SOPs, GCPs, and governing research regulations You will provide timely feedback to team members on data integrity, internal quality system reviews, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements You will prepare and manage corrective action plans and tracks corrective action plan until completion
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent quality assurance experience in related field Minimum four (4) years of experience in quality assurance, clinical monitoring, or equivalent preferably within a clinical research organization, pharmaceutical company, and/or Biotech Company conducting system audits, computer validations, and internal or external (sponsor or vendor) audits required Experience in various areas of Clinical Quality Assurance such as conducting system audits and internal or external (sponsor or vendor) audits Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $66,331.00 - $95,451.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
